1.Usage

As a special equipment to produce the  lead calcium grid of lead-acid   accumulator, ZGP40D casting machine has the advantages of consumption saving,   reasonable structure, convenient  operation, easy maintenance, wide production scope,  reliable running etc.  The  machine contains the parts:

2.1Main machine

2.2 Lead furnace (high pot)

 

(1) Capacity od lead furnace: 80L(about 0.9T)

(2)Temperature of liquid lead: 430~520Centi-degree,adjustable, Fluctuation range: ±10Centi-degree

(3) Heating pipe inside furnace: maximum heating power:15kw.   Average heating power:10kw

(4)Mass weight of lead furnace(including lead):1T.

(5)Lead furnace could be put in lower position, two main machine and one pot is available.

 

2.3    Lead feeding system:  high-pot feeding, Static quantitative artesian with safety valve.

 

2.4     Circulating tank:molds circulating cooling.

2.5    The horizontal cutting system could reduce deformation of the grids,it is especially suitable for thinner lead-calcium grids. It adopts horizontal transmission to send the the grid to the trim die.  The grids could be sent into teh inner part of trim die through  transition Roller, the length of the cutter could be adjusted by the positioning device.  The roller inside the cutter could sent cutted grids cout of the trim die.  

3.Main machine structure and working principles

3.1  Except molds open-die and quantitative lead feeding adopt pneumatic control, all main machine drive adopt mechanic transmission.

3.2  Molds temperature control: mold temperature is controlled by molds electric heating board and ciculating water..hermocouple measure temperature.

3.3 Pneumatic principle: molds open-die and quantitative lead feeding adopt pneumatic control

3.4 Main machine speed: could be adjusted  by variable-frequencegovernor.

3.5 Electric-pneumatic system: PLC control.
